FOR ALL MY PRODUCTS

• You can not take my products and claim them as your own.

• It is strictly forbidden to share/publish my products through all types of sites such as: groups, forums, Torrent sites, sharing sites/blogs, web hosts etc.

• You may not use any graphic(s) from the zip files to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

• Limited Liability: ZaZa/Scrap and Tubes Designs shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of these items.

SCRAPBOOKING KITS (PERSONAL USE - PU)

• All of my digital scrapbook kits are for personal use (PU) only.

• No commercial use is allowed under any circumstances.

• You may not design and sell anything from those kits that will generate you a profit.

• You may use my kits for your own personal projects, including digital and hybrid.

• Changes are not allowed, but please, feel free to change the size of the items to suit your project.

CU4CU LICENSE

A license is required for all of my CU4CU products.

This license is totally free and need to be visible on your site/blog/store/page etc. (this one, in the form of a image/logo, is found in each of the files you purchase).

CU4CU (COMMERCIAL USE for COMMERCIAL USE)

• My CU4CU items can be used for any commercial use (CU) and personal use (PU) proposals.

• You can use my CU4CU products to make your own :

- Scrapbook kits

- PSP Scripts

- PS Actions

- Tags

- Blog layouts

- Quick pages (QP)

- Stamps

- Webset

- Stationery

- Craft projects

- Cards

- Calendars

- Candy wraps

- Hybrid products

- Clothing for 3D Poser/Daz

- POD

Starting November 4th, 2022, it is no longer possible to make PSP Scripts/PS Actions with my templates and resell them in CU if no modification/transformation is made, and this, in a significant way. But be aware that any templates you have purchased in the past (before Nov 4th, 2022) are not affected by this new change.

• My CU4CU products can be used to make items that you can offer or resell to others as CU, as long as they are not offered or sold “as is” (my CU4CU products are not re-seller graphics). They have to be changed/transformed into new products in a major way.

• You can use my CU4CU items “as is” if it’s for a personal scrapbook kit, POD, clothing for 3D Poser/Daz or any other projects that are flattened (like cards, calendars etc...). Otherwise, you have to make major changes to the items you want to used.

*** Print On Demand/POD : you can use my CU4CU items for POD as long as they are incorporated into your product and flattened when provided to the customer. An appropriate credit is need.

*** Clothing designs for 3D Poser/Daz : you don’t need to make any changes in my CU4CU products if you create clothes for/with 3D Poser/Daz. You can also offer your finished products in CU4CU.

*** All copyrights are retained by the original creator of the CU4CU files, ZaZa/Scrap and Tubes Designs. Graphic images are copyrighted, permission to use, or commercial use licensed by ZaZa/Scrap and Tubes Designs with all rights reserved.

If you do a tutorial with one of my kits, please credit me like that : Scrap and Tubes Designs @ http://scrapandtubes.blogspot.com

Never give my kits with your tutorials supplies. Please, redirect people to my blog, or at one of my stores so they can get the appropriated kit.

SIMPLE RULES FOR SIMPLE USE!

All Artful Scrapbook's commercial clipart/elements and papers/backgrounds can be used for personal use

Here are some popular examples of what you are ALLOWED TO DO

- Create digital, hybrid or traditional scrapbooking kits that will be offered for a personal use (PU).

- Create clusters, quick pages and cluster frames which will be offered for personal use (PU).

- Create Facebook timeline sets that will be offered for personal use (PU).

- Resizing and recoloring Artful Scrapbook's clipart/elements and papers/backgrounds, and this, to better suits your needs.

- Use of a maximum of 50% of Artful Scrapbook's products in a scrapbooking kit.

- Use and sell Artful Scrapbook's clipart/elements and papers/backgrounds only as for personal use (PU) or as S4H.

Now for the "NO-NO'S"

- No reselling, R4R or other stuff like that.

- Absolutely no commercial use (CU).

- No freebies are allowed unless a purchase is made in connection with the freebie offered.

Artful Scrapbook reserves the right to modify, update, and change these Terms of Use at any time, and this, without notice.

It is therefore the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of these by making sure to check whether there are updates and/or modifications for these terms.
