• PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products from "The Digital ScrapBook Shop" are digital supplies only and provided as compressed/zipped (.zip) files. You will not receive any physical products.

Purchased products can be downloaded directly from your account immediately after your payment has been processed.

Download Limit - A maximum of 20 download attempts for each file is allowed.

If you receive a file that is damaged in any way, please contact us and we will be more than happy to give you a new download link for the product.

• SHIPPING

As the products in the store are digital downloadable products, you will NOT receive any physical products and no shipping fee will be added to your order.

• RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the online site, "The Digital ScrapBook Shop" have a strict NO RETURN/REFUND policy for any products and all sales are final. If it appears there has been a problem with your order, or you have questions, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• DUPLICATE PURCHASES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they plan to buy have not been already bought because no exchange/refund will be given. We recommend that you keep a track of your purchases, or, check into your history, and this, if you have any doubt about a product, before purchasing it again.

• REFUNDS

As all store products are digitally downloadable, "The Digital ScrapBook Shop" have a strict NO REFUND policy (except for damaged product, or, for a file that is empty (at your request)).

• INCOMPATIBLE FILES / SOFTWARES

All product listings state the file types included, so we will not offer any refunds if you purchase something you cannot use. Please be sure to clearly read the descriptions before you purchase. Should you have any questions you can always contact us and ask beforehand.

* please note that ".PSD" files can only be opened with Photoshop software and ".PSP" files with Paint Shop Pro software.
